Over the past few years I have seen the world of social media and social networking explode in popularity, and wanted to be a part of it. Since then, I have represented several institutions/businesses on various social websites including facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, as well as several blogs. It is very important to me to make sure that I provide a fun and engaging atmosphere on the pages I maintain while still giving users important information about the services the company/organization provides. I accomplish this by engaging members in discussion, posting relevant articles and events pertaining to the company/organization, and uploading photos and videos that members want to share with their friends and family.
