Zach Pousman is a digital innovator and strategist. Zach helps companies decide on what to tackle and, depending on the project, leads agency and client teams to build products or launch the service. Zach takes an ethnographic approach to understanding customers and their behaviors. It’s a delicate balance: become an insider, accepted by the community, while at the same time retaining the outside perspective. Zach’s favorite design tools are a marker and a whiteboard.

Zach is a graduate of the University of Chicago and holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech.
