Ms. Subramanian has had nearly 20 years of fun in entrepreneurship by applying techniques of advanced mathematics and analytics to business problems and delivering value to businesses. A shortlist of companies who have benefitted include Dell, AGCO, Caterpillar, Porsche, NCR and NAPA.  Women in Technology (WIT) named Radhika Subramanian a 2008 Woman-of-the-Year finalist, acknowledging her important role as a mentor and her unique influence in her industry, organization and community. Ms. Subramanian serves on the Small Business Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. In 1998, she co-founded Idmon Corporation, which specialized in analytical applications for the transportation industry. Idmon’s launch customers were Delta Air Lines, Swiss Air, Continental Airlines and South African Airways. Idmon’s technology solution was nominated for the Franz Edelman Prize for Excellence in Management Science due to its significant financial impact on business. The company was sold to the Swissair Group in 2001.
