Join this panel discussion lead by Andisheh Nouraee (CARE.org), and featuring Thomas Wheatley (Creative Loafing), Gwynedd Stuart (Creative Loafing), Rich Sullivan (DaveFM) and Allison Fabella (Atlanta Journal-Constitution) as they discuss how political campaigning and how reporting on news and politics have changed with the mainstreaming of Twitter and Facebook, and how traditional media outlets have directed their reporting standards.


Allison Fabella

Allison is the SEO Manager/Social Media Manager at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. There she manages search marketing and social media strategies for AJC websites including ajc.com, accessatlanta, ajchomes.com, ajccars.com, and others. Allison is also a founding member and VP of Programming, SEMPO Atlanta.

Andisheh Nouraee

Andisheh Nouraee is a writer for CARE, one of the world’s largest humanitarian aid agencies, and a former columnist and illustrator for Creative Loafing, an alt-weekly newspaper in Atlanta. His book Americapedia: Taking The Dumb Out Of Freedom was published in July. www.Andisheh.com

Gwynedd Stuart is a Staff News Writer for Creative Loafing Atlanta. In 2009 she won an award for long-form journalism from the Association of Alternative Newsweeklies for her work at Folio Weekly in Jacksonville, FL.
